Who we are
Command builds restaurant operations software. This policy covers the website at usecommand.in. The Command Desk and Command Pocket POS applications have their own terms, provided when you install them.
What we collect
Browsing the site collects nothing. We set no cookies, and the site runs no advertising or tracking pixels.
If you submit the Book a Demo or contact form we store the details you type: your name, work email, phone number, brand or outlet name, the number of outlets you run and anything you write in the message field. We also record the time of the request and the network address it came from, to block abuse.
If you sign up to the newsletter we store your email address and the page you signed up from.
If web analytics are enabled on this site, Google Analytics may collect anonymised usage data (pages viewed, device type, approximate region with the IP address truncated). We do not use it to identify you.
Why we collect it
To reply to your demo or contact request, to send the newsletter you asked for, and to understand which pages of the site are useful. We ask for your consent on every form before anything is stored, and we do not use the details for anything you did not ask for.
Who sees it
Your details are stored on infrastructure Command controls and are read by the Command team handling sales and support. We do not sell or rent them. We share them with third parties only where a provider processes them on our behalf (hosting, email delivery) or where the law requires.
How long we keep it
Lead and newsletter records are kept while we are in contact with you and for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@usecommand.in. Deletion removes the lead record from our systems; we confirm by reply.
Changes
If this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes are also announced to newsletter subscribers.
