The rules for using Command. We've kept them short and readable rather than burying the important parts.

The agreement
By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms. If you're accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorised to do so.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity of the staff accounts you create.
Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
Your data stays yours
You own the data you put into Command. We claim no ownership over your menus, recipes, sales records or customer lists.
You can export your data at any time while your account is active.
Availability
We work hard to keep the service running, but no software is perfect. The point-of-sale application is deliberately offline-first so that a cloud outage does not stop you from billing.
Planned maintenance is announced in advance wherever possible.
Payment and early access
Founding 100 pricing and terms are set out in your individual order form, which takes precedence over anything general stated on this site.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service at any time and request an export of your data. We may suspend an account for non-payment or for use that breaks the law or endangers other customers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Haryana having jurisdiction.
